Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Only items purchased directly from thePostdawn.com are eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as final sale or gift cards.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
2. Return Process

Approval & Instructions: If eligible, you will receive a return authorization and shipping details.
Ship the Item: Send the item in its original condition within 14 days of approval.
Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
